Privacy screen filters

Hi, I'm looking for a way to make your pc screen private so that users sitting behind you cannot see your screen. I need quite a few and looking at what's online, they're quite expensive. The ones I looked at just stick on to the screen. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
