I have had mine for a while but I barley use it other than checking my notifications so I have been thinking about using it more.
I am looking at setting reminders to drink water and get up and move, I work at a desk all day and can sit for hours on end without moving or drinking, what is the best way to do this? Get an app? Which one? Or just set up reminders?
Also anything else you can do with it that's pretty cool/helpful/fun?
