Can't Access Messenger

I've had FB & Messenger on my phone for the last few years, and only ever used it on my phone, never on my tablet.. unfortunately I've managed to drown my phone and for the life of me I can't remember my password for them and have no access to the email address anymore either (was a works email address & im no longer there) I've tried various passwords it could have been, tried to reset it and can't get back into it. I don't really want to open another account, does anyone know how I can get it back on my new phone??
