Sleep headphones

I sleep very badly but have found listening to a hypnotism download really helps. Also will help with excessive curves hopefully,but that's another conversation. Anyway... am woken by earphones stabbing me once I've dropped off and presumably wiggled in my sleep,am hopeful there are some sort of sleep headphones out there(please not too expensive) which wouldn't do that. Would also lessen the chance of waking up DOH by him hearing the download.
