Tech novice alert!

DD (9) is on a limit in terms of the number of songs she can download - a cds worth every 4 months. Main reason being my sanity. Current system is dire! I log into my Amazon account on my Dell laptop, find songs, sample music, add to Mp3 basket, attempt to checkout, attempt download plus export files to Windows media player, scream while a thousand things go wrong, eventually burn her a disc. It's a solid hour of hell.

Please please tell me there's an easier way. We have an ipad. What do I need to do/buy to make this whole process easier?

Do miss the dark ages when life was simple: ie listen to the top 40 every Sunday on the radio, then tape record your favourite songs!

All advice appreciated, thanks

Have a look at Spotify. You can get premium (as many songs as you want) for £9.99 per month or you can get it free but there are adverts on.

I came on just to recommend Spotify too! It's worth it for me - you get access to so many songs and there's no faff over different devices etc. You just log in on each device.

Spotify here too, on an ipod with a bluetooth speaker. Anything else is too much faff! But you can't block adult lyrics.

Ok...thank you for the replies what about an ipod with an ipad? I don't think I can spend a tenner every month...
