I work at home and am currently using MS Office 2007 with a windows 8.1 server. I have been having some compatibility issues with a company I am working for which uses MS Office 2013.
I don't know whether to upgrade to Office 365 and then have the most up to date applications. As it is up to date does it mean you can use any of the previous versions of office on it and providing I don't use any of the more advanced functions my docs will be compatible with previous versions?
Or would it be better to upgrade to MS2013?
The company I am currently working for haven't offered me any upgrade through the company even though I am on their pay role!!
