Best laptop for £300 - £350?

Just that really. I have £300 to £350 to spend on a laptop and have no idea which to get. Couple of things I'd like

Touch screen
Doesn't need massive memory but needs to be quick
Decent screen size
Will be used to watch films so screen needs to be fairly good (pixels etc)

Other than that I just want something that is hard wearing, speedy and won't break after a couple of years.

Any ideas on what might meet the above criteria will be gratefully received.
