DH bought an Xbox one last week. He's always had Xbox so not new to the brand.
Anyway, a week in and the fan is making a squeaking noise as it turns in the back of the console.
He packed it up and returned it to store where they tested it and said it was fine. It wasn't making game noise at this point.
DH has recorded it making its noise today so wants to try returning it again. How can I make sure the staff listen this time and not just fob us off with 'if we don't think there's a fault we can't do anything about it' Thanks.
