Toshiba technical support only open Mon-Fri, till 6 pm. New laptop (9 days old) is now useless, as won't load internet pages. I get a message saying "Failed to connect to a Windows service. Windows couldn't connect to a Group Policy Service." This is a 9 day old laptop, with Windows 8.1. Wtf? Anyone got any suggestions as to what's gone wrong? Am so cross I feel like taking it back to Argos and demanding refund tomorrow, but if it's something that's simple to put right I'll hang on. Anyone know? The internet is working perfectly well on old laptop, phones etc, so it's not the wifi, it's the bldy laptop.
