can't get in play store (android)

for about 5 weeks ive been unable to get on the google play store on my phone (samsung galaxy s2). If I click on it it just goes off. My phone has also been super slow and keeps freezing and coming up with a message saying 'unfortunately the process google apps has stopped working' or something like that.
I brought a new memory card as I thought it might be cos all the storage was used but no difference.

Any ideas?
