Configuring TalkTalk Email...

I am helping my DPs set up their Ipad, though its been fun as I am 300 miles away & doing it over the phone, but after some fun I have managed to set up a talktalk email account for them & AppleID so they can now dowload games & other Apps

I now need to link up their online talktalk mail box to the Ipad mail App (configure?)

SOooo - I need to find the talktalk I think its called webhost?? address - the address I need to put in the "Host Name" box ??

After 20 minutes talking to someone from talktalks help center, I think I just lost the will to live - he obviously had no clue what I was asking, but preferred to ask me loads more stupidly irrelevant questions than be honest - so I gave up in favour of trying their website, but the help forum isn't not accepting the email & passwords I have set up for DPs account, though its working to sign me in


I'm pretty green with this sort of stuff, but I'm presuming there is only one TalkTalk webhost address ???

Can anyone tell me how I can get this ???
