Dr.Phone for retrieving deleted texts from iPhone 5- Anyone tried it (or know another way?)

Well, I had lots and lots a couple of drinks on Friday and while I was out I bumped into someone I used to know. We chatted for a bit then my friends and I moved on to another pub. My group bought a couple of rounds of Jagermeisters etc.. and a couple of hours later I looked at my phone and there were three or four messages from this person. I don't remember what they said or what I consequently replied, but when I woke up Saturday morning there was just one message from this person saying "I won't forget. You know I won't". I must have deleted all the others (have been known to delete whole 'conversations' on iPhone as I'm not used to it)

That last message is really cryptic and I wish I'd known/remembered what the whole conversation was, so does anyone know if/how I can restore text messages or find out what they said? I read about something called Dr Fone but it's quite expensive, can I just take it to an Apple shop or call 02 or something?

It's playing on my mind! Please help the last of my sanity!

Has anyone ever get back texts from their iphone, in any way?
