Playing Minecraft on an Xbox 360 online.

My DS would like to play minecraft with his friends online on his xbox360.

He has Xbox live gold membership but when he tries to play online he can't.

He keeps getting a message appear that says ' You are not allowed to create this game session because on of you local players has a member content privilege setting that is too restrictive '

He can see his friends playing mine craft online together on the home page but he can't join in.

Can anybody help please?
