Hotmail / MSN problem

I have several Hotmail email accounts. For the past couple of months when I log out of an account I get a blank screen and have to click on the drop down arrow in the navigation bar and then on the MSN link to get back to the UK MSN home page so I can log into another account.

I went to change accounts this morning and it seems that instead of just signing in to Hotmail, I signed in to MSN. It now will not let me sign out. It appears that I can still access the other email accounts as when I click on the Hotmail link it brings up the log in page.

But, I do NOT particularly want to stay permanently logged in to MSN.

Any suggestions?
