How can I uninstall "wise convert" from my pc?

I've hidden the toolbar, and I've uninstalled via the control panel, so it no longer appears in the list of programs on my pc. But when I open a new tab on my browser, there it is! I really want to get rid of it, on;y installed it by accident! Help please!!!
