trouble with easyfundraising

anyone know about this? I have registered and when making a purchase from a retailer my chrome automatically asks if i want to donate, i click yes, the bar seems to say that I have donated but no sign of it coming up on the easyfundraising site.

Hi there, donations can take up to 30 days to appear in your easyfundraising account so don't worry. If it hasn't appeared after 30 days then you can let us know via our missing donations form so we an investigate for you - www.easyfundraising.org.uk/missing-donations/
