Wanting to transfer from my LG KP500 to Nokia C3. It's driving me nuts as the only way I've done one is via bluetooth...would there be a charge for this?

Pleeeeese help [begging]

do you have cables to connect each phone to the computer?
if so, connect LG first, transfer everything onto computer
then connect nokia, transfer everything on to phone..

simples ;)

if not go into one of the 'independant' phone shops, normally on corners in high streets looking a bit shady?
they will do it for your for £10

There is no charge if you Bluetooth pictures from one phone to another since the data is being directly transferred from phone to phone and not via your network provider ie O2, Vodafone etc.

If you have lots then it would be quicker if you get them onto the PC and then over to the new phone. Your phones should have come with a USB cable. Connect the phone to your PC. Go into My Computer on your PC, click on your phone and then look for a folder called DCIM. That is where you'll find the photos.

Thank you sooooo much you two.

PooshTun, I'll give this a go later when I've had tea.

My phones didn't come with a USB cable; only the charger cable and the earphones???

A quick search on *> GSM Arena

Be warned that you seem to have gone from a 3 MP to 2 MP camera and sometimes a phone can run out of memory if the image is from a better quality (more pixels) image than the phone has itself. Though I could be wrong (am just going from the spec for the Nokia C3 (on GSM Arena, again)).

You might notice slightly poorer quality images if you zoom in on photos.

We have bluetoothed pictures between phones.

Thanks for all the answers given. What a great group you are! I sat and individualy bluetoothed each photo I wanted and then bluetoothed my save music/sound files.

I then sent for a memory card (never bothered before) and a cable to transfer pics to the computer.

I'll get there!

Why don't you use this as an opportunity to sort through your photos? If you're anything like me you probably have LOADS and when do you ever browse through them?

I say print the ones that mean something and delete the rest.
