lost O2 coverage at home..

3 days ago our coverage went. O2 denied a problem.. then admitted it eventually..then said it was fixed ('must be my phone') Nope..we have 4 o2 phones in this house, all with no signal.. ditto neighbours and friends 1/5 mile away.. if I walk 1/3 mile it comes back fine.
Now obviously I can wait a few days but as they are adamant there is no loss of signal in the centre of my little town... IF it stays non existant (absolutely no service) (wonder if it's because they have removed a mast here this week) does anyone know where we would stand with our contracts?

I can't find my original one but wonder if I can terminate early if we can't get coverage anymore?
