(Also posted in Legal)I put my laptop in for repair on 15/08/11. The policy says 'if we can't repair it within 10 days we will replace it.'Cutting a long story short, they are now saying that I won't get it back until at least 28/08/11, but because the laptop is repaired, I can't claim a new one!Where do I stand? There is NOTHING to say that transit time is excluded from the 10 days, but at the same time, the policy doesn't say 'repair it and return it to you...'I am so disappointed with their service. It has already cost me £150 over the last year, supposedly protecting me from exactly this sort of thing
