Please help with my Blackberry and apps!

I've set up a Blackberry ID online including my email address and password. When I go on Blackberry app world on my phone to download a free app it won't let me as it says I have to agree to terms and conditions.
How do I solve this as the Blackberry website was of no help whatsoever?

Sometimes it as as simple as needing to tick a box on screen to say you accept terms and conditions. The box isn't always obvious and i know I have been caught out by this. J.
