Photos in Dropbox

I recently hired a photographer to take photos for an event I organised, which he did, and they are fab! However, the photographer has put the entire set of photos (over 150) in Dropbox, and I can't see any way of making prints from here.

Usually I use Photobox to upload photos and make prints, but I can't see any way of uploading from Dropbox.

Does anybody know how I can make prints directly from Dropbox, or know of an online print that would work with Dropbox?

Thanks.

Have you downloaded Dropbox onto your computer?

No. I didn't know you could? The photographer just sent me a link to the Dropbox site where the photos are, and it does look as though I could download and save each photo individually, but this will take forever given the number.

Right, the very first thing you do is download it onto your PC/Mac. It's a very safe programme so don't worry about what you're downloading.

Dropbox is a marvellous thing - it's basically a free hard drive online. Anything you have on your dropbox will be accessible to any other computer or smartphone you have. DH and I share pics between his work comp, my work comp my home comp and our smartphones, using the same dropbox.

Let me know when you're done if you can't pick up the images.

sorry - posted too soon. One you have Dropbox you should be able to simply copy and paste the whole lot onto your computer, but post if you can't.

Depending on your comp, when I say copy and paste I can also mean 'drag'.

Thank you!

Yes, I think I'm getting there! It's taking quite a while to drag each photo over as I can only see how to do it individually rahter than as a group, but never mind.

Thank you!

Do you have a PC or Mac?

I'm a bit confused. Are you on the Dropbox website?

If so, is there a little checkbox next to "File Name"? If you click on that, it should select all the files on the screen. Then click on "More" and choose "Download items"

or the easy way would be to install the Dropbox software and just wait for them to appear in your Dropbox folder which should be under My Documents.
