I would uninstall XP security.

It can see a conflicting programme, and it thinks it won't be able to work if you use AVG.

It is a rogue programme, a fraud (apparently) & not microsoft or XP

I wouldn't let me open 'remove programmes' or 'AVG' or even firefox after a few minutes

Ouch

oh blimey.

in that case, disconnect your internet and take the pc to a pc place.
they will be able to safely remove it and check for any infection.

Can you get to the MalwareBytes website? If so, click on the Download Now button (it's free). You'll get redirected to another site (probably majorgeeks.com) for the actual download so click on download@majorgeeks. Download the file, run it, then select full scan. It can get rid of most nasties such as this.
