Clearing search history in facebook

Is there a way to clear the search history in facebook? I have deleted my internet history and cookies but the people I have stalked taken an interest in are appearing when I put in the first letter of their name. Help!

The search happens on Facebook, not on your local computer. So no, there's no way to stop that appearing.

If it's your own account then you need not worry as noone will be able to see without your password. If it's someone else's account then.....oops.
