Help! my compost looks like something from Dr Who!

Don't think I've emptied my kitchen compost bin for a couple of weeks. I went to do so just now - opened the garden compost bin lid to find enormous bean sprout plants staring me in the face growing from the compost - looks creepy! Obviously bean sprouts are a no-no for composts! Can I do anything about it or do I have to throw all the compost away now - there's masses of it - almost 3/4 of a large bin full.

don't worry about it: poor on some water and leave it.
the bean sprouts were "alive" and like to grow in the dark, but they'll die off in time.
maybe throw some grass cuttings over them to drown them?

you can put anything from the ground in your compost! even cooked veg.i'm not keen on the eggshells tho coz they take about 3 years to break down for me.
