when do i start seeding my patchy lawn?

as spring approached early nowadays, i need to seed my lawn as mums dog peed and shitted and ripped the grass up.

Do we need to do it this early? I dug up loads of the moss that was in ours in autumn. It look a real mess! I have aerated it and put down sand and autumn lawncare. It had better bloody look better come the summer! So, when does the seed go down?
