What plant is this?

It's a slightly sparse shrub, about 5' tall. I think the leaves are normally dark reddish, and had started changing to autumn colour.

No idea about the flower, but the berry is very pretty.

Spindle berry. Toxic, I seem to remember, but very pretty!
