What is this pretty thing?

Hi all, wondering if anyone might know what this plant is?
Hard to see the scale but the flowers are tiny (about 1cm across) and look like tiny paper roses.

I think Campanula too. The leaves are a giveaway.

It's a campanula haylodgensis bali.
I saw it in Holland (really cheap in garden centre) but struggling to find it here.
