What is this veg?

Was told they were sprouts but it's not looking that way is it.
Anyone got any ideas what veg this is?

Sprouts that have bolted & gone to flower rather than made nice tight sprouts. Maybe not trodden in firmly enough - they like to be really solid around the base. Or maybe soil not rich enough. Of all that family I'd say sprouts are probably the fussiest (maybe in a tie with caulis)

Not a chance. When did you plant them? I'm just starting my brassicas off now - they take ages to mature.
