How to clean patio if it doesn't drain?

We've got a pressure washer, which is good for cleaning some of the patio, but there's one area that doesn't seem to get clean.

I think that part is not entirely level, as we end up with a puddle in the middle, where all the grotty bits end up. That area of the patio is enclosed as well, with brick walls on one side and stone edgings on the others. I don't really know how to describe them, but they can't be easily removed. It means that the water and all the dirt can't be hosed off into the grass to drain. So, we end up with one area with a large puddle in the middle and we can't move the water out anywhere to drain. It evaporates away but leaves behind all the muck and dirt, so that bit ends up looking worse.

Does anyone have any ideas (short of replacing the entire patio)?

Can you drill drainage holes through the brick at the bottom of the little wall?

What's the patio made of - is it pavings slabs or bricks, or solid concrete? If it is slabs or bricks, then you might be able to lift up the problem area, and install a soakway underneath, or raise the ground level a little bit so it slopes in the right direction.

Just use a really stiff broom to spread the water out over the rest of the patio
It will evaporate faster
Can you drill some holes in the edging stones?

I hadn't considered drainage holes. Would that be likely to crack the rest of the stone? The patio is packing slabs, so we might be able to lever up a couple. I had suggested that to dh in the past but he wasn't keen, but you've given us a couple of options. Thanks
