Found some white 'flitty' bugs ... (Photo)

Whilst checking my new climbing rose for greenfly, I noticed something flattish, white and fast, flitting about under a leaf. I removed the leaf and poked one with my nail - it scurried really fast to the other side of the leaf. I then squished all three
Are these greenfly larvae or something else equally as annoying?
