Just wondering which houseplants are safe if you have toddlers. I need a couple to bring a bit of life to my living room - nothing too high maintenance! Thanks.

I've had a whole range and they've all been fine.
From Peace Lillies, Spider plants, palms, succulents etc all have been fine.

Thank you, I was thinking of some sort of palm.

I had house plants, then I had kids. The children survived the plants didn't.

Peace lillies are a little bit poisonous if eaten by toddlers or cats (whoops). Thankfully toddler was not hurt and I don't own a cat. My gorgeous Lilly however did not survive. Doctor advised us to feed toddler more to prevent him eating house plants in future Blush
