Our back garden has a small patch of grass, which is a bit raised above the level of the path that runs round it. The path is a horrible, old, cracked concrete thing, and we'd prefer to remove it and just turf the whole area. Speaking to our builders today (we've been having some work done), they suggested we could just turf over the top of the path, without removing it first.
Would this work? It would mean a lot less work if we didn't have to remove the old path, but part of my brain seems to think this wouldn't be a good idea. Anyone have any advice? Thanks!
