mushrooms in grass and borders

We have loads of mushrooms currently springing up in our grass and borders. Are they likely to be poisonous? The DC keep finding them! Does anyone else get them and do they indicate anything about our soil type etc?

We also have mushrooms in our grass - apparently from turf fertilised with mushroom compost. Ours aren't toxic.
