Help! Please name this plant begiining with G?

It's a perennial. It has a "common name" e.g "baby's breath", but something beginning with G!

My DH will remember if someone jogs his memory (apparently!)

Yes, sorry. I gave the example of Baby's Breath because he thinks it's 2 words like that. But something beginning with G.

But it's the common name that begins with G.
