not sure how to make bruschetta

I am making bruschettas this evening but am not entirely sure what I am doing - I have 1 ciabatta, 1 small tin of bruschetta tomatoes and/or 1 beef tomato and mozzarello cheese and fresh basil.
I don't have any spray oil but do have good olive oil. Should I use the tin bruschetta tom. or the beef toms and where do I start. I feel really silly as i have had a go before and it was okay but sure it could be much better!
I would appreicate anyones suggestions and recipes.

get your ciabatta, cut slices, toast lightly on one side. Rub a cut clove of garlic over the untoasted side. Chop tomatoes (mix with tinned toms if you don't have enough fresh toms) put on top of ciabatta, tear up some basil leaves sprinkle on and drizzle some olive oil over the lot. Hey presto, bruschetta! You can bung back under the grill, just to warm it slightly.

I don't know bu I would cut agarlic clove in hald and rub it on the bread, then toast it, then just pile all the other stuff on top. There's loads of recipes BBC Food here.
Good luck - I don't think there is a defintiive recipe so you can do anything

yes, i'd chop mozzerella finely and sprinkle it over the toms and bung under hot grill for a couple of mins. Yummy.
