Red Lentils.....

A friend of mine has a fantastic recipe for dhal using red lentils, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander and stock (she often adds potatoes). Only thing is i can't find the recipe she gave me and can't get hold of her right now...does anyone have a similar dhal recipe or any ideas?
Want to serve with rice.

Morning Meggy,

It was delicious - just right! The only ingredient left out was the coconut milk as i didn't have any but we enjoyed the meal, definitely one for the old recipe book
