Have bought a bag of rye flour with a view to using it to make bread in my breadmaker. However am stuck on how much to use. Can I use it on its own or should I mix it with white flour or even wholemeal? Any ideas anyone?

1tbsp sea salt
1 sachet easybake yeast

basic small setting

OR

8 fl oz water
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2tbsp black treacle
8 oz white bread flour
8oz rye flour
4oz raisins
1tbsp honey
1tbsp sea salt
1 sachet easybake yeast

Thanks PeachyClair. The second recipe with the treacle and raisins sounds lovely. I'll give it a go.
