Oh my goodness, I have just discovered the delights of freezing a peeled banana in tin foil and then eating whilst still frozen!!!

Really is a fantastic treat instead of chocolate magnum!!!!! (altho choc really can't be replaced)

Feel vaguely virtuous as am eating healthy food altho this is somewhat defeated by the chocolate covered rich teas I am eating with the banana in manner of a rather lovely frozen banana sandwich.

And yes, all at 11pm!!!! (I must add this is because I am trying to finish my dissertation and am in desperate need of sustenance )

Sorry - felt I had to share that with you all!

GS, that sounds like a much better version!! Although not sure I could maintain the virtuous feeling of healthy eating with that!

I keep telling myself that chocolate and all other sweet things are allowed when trying to engage the brain in taxing activity!

I'm sure I read an article recently that it had been suggested that chocolate should be prescribed on the NHS for depression, pmt etc...(possibly just wishful thinking on my part there tho!)

Sounds like a v v v good idea!!
