What can I do with rindless oranges and lemons?

Left over from making christmas cakes - I don't want to waste them and I'm not going to eat the 2 lemons. I might manage the oranges but would rather bake with them, if possible.

Hi SB! Brave of you to venture out into the big, wide MN world!

Easy solution is lemonade and fresh squeezed orange juice. Or, if you can tolerate the idea of more cakes, could maybe do a lemon drizzle cake (which might require more lemons and I think needs a bit of rind too)?

Hopefully a more experienced cook will be along soon with some good ideas, but didn't want your post to go unanswered.

Most recipes require rind as well as juice. I think I may have to just juice 'em, like gigglewitch suggested but I really wanted something more cakey
