HiI have 5kg white potatoesloads of different spices garlic, cumin, corianderonionstins of tomatoes but no coconut milkanything i can do in the slow cookerto freeze for the week?
have you made anything with them yet? hope someone sees this and shares some good recipes, want to bring my slow cooker out of retirement
slice and layer with onions, chopped garlic and whatever spices you fancy and cover with stock and bake overnight or least 8 hours.may need to pour off some stock at the end and perhaps brown under the grill.TBH I would just peel, chop and then freeze them all though.
