Any ideas for 17 mth. lunch/dinner...

The only meat she will eat is sausages and salami, tried chicken, lamb, beef but not a chance. She does not like any mash potato and prefers to eat with her fingers. Need ideas for sandwiches because it seems at little "sad" to give her two slices of bread with salimi in between . She will not eat the same as we do for dinner except if it is sweets...

My toddler sandwiches are

tuna & mayo with finely chopped and disguised tomato and cucumber,
hummous,
avocado,
ham,
smoked salmon
cream cheese,
cheddar cheese,
taramslata,
or a mixture of the above.

Would she notice if the sausage was made of something other than pork? You can buy beef and lamb sausages for a start, even veggie! Or try making some yourself - hard work I know, but if she eats them, it's worth it.
