lovely. i like all the trivia with it - the soy, wasabi and pickled ginger. and it's such "clean" food iykwim. i'm not sure about the omlette ones, they had a lot of sticky goo on the last ones i had (presumably honey) & prefer rice/raw fish combo

bundle, does raw fish actually taste at all like cooked fish?

not really, it tastes a bit of the sea. and some are made eg with smoked salmon, so you're more used to that texture/taste.
