so that your burgers/loaf/whatever does stay like mush??
I made burgers a few months back ad they were practically falling apart as the cooked lentils were still too "wet"
Making loaf now - and I already know it's going to come out like mush instead of a nice firm loaf. I left the (cooked) lentils to drain for AGES - but they're still too sodding wet.
