Hi all, hope you can help, I am making some individual apple pies for an event on saturday night, when do you think I could make these and them still taste nice on saturday?
Are they being served cold or reheated?

I'd probably make them Friday afternoon, and get them out of the fridge to warm to room temp Saturday afternoon. Love cold apple pie. With cold custard. Om nom nom.
