I roasted pumpkin and sauted some onion. Added veg stock and a jar of roasted peppers. Simmered. Then blended. It is a bit think so will need some extra liquid anyway. It is for a dinner party tomorrow so needs to be yummy. And isn't at the moment!
So. Do I add more veg stock and maybe some salt and pepper and a little cinnamon?
Or do I add some coconut milk? And something else?
