Just about any pudding really!

Could make a steamed pud and then poor it over - delicious.

MrsMills Mon 26-Oct-09 20:08:03

maybe some chopped fresh fruit, could be like a toffee fondue and a little more virtuous?

How about over vanilla ice cream and sliced banana?

carriedababi Mon 26-Oct-09 20:14:03

oh vanilla ice cream and banana sounds wonderful,

could sort of do a banoffee desert, some sort of biscuit whipped cream and chocolate shavings

steamed pud could be good

don't fancy chopped fresh fruit, might as well go the whole hog with toffee

apple crumble could be nice?

To make some small puddings - Crush some hob nobs in a ramekin, put chopped banana on biscuit base and then top with the toffee sauce and some whipped cream - yummy!

carriedababi Mon 26-Oct-09 20:18:17

how do i baked banana? sprinkle on some brown sugar and bake for how long?

GooberIsLockedInTheBootOfMyCar Mon 26-Oct-09 20:24:26

Peel ya 'nana.
Lay on a piece of foil.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and some raisins.
Bake for 20 mins ish.
I do mine in the slow cooker for about 3 hours.

In the summer I lay them, in skin on the BBQ rack while eating first course. They are done when have finished eating. The fruit then scoops out. Tres lush!!
