I have some neck of lamb (with bone) to do lamb stew.
I want to do one with redcurrant jelly added - but not sure how much to add.
Also am wondering whether orange would work with it - zest plus juice?
I have enough to do about 4 portions. Any advice on whether it would work and what quantities to use?
