Lamb with redcurrant adn orange?

I have some neck of lamb (with bone) to do lamb stew.

I want to do one with redcurrant jelly added - but not sure how much to add.

Also am wondering whether orange would work with it - zest plus juice?

I have enough to do about 4 portions. Any advice on whether it would work and what quantities to use?

how about this? Just adapt it for your lamb.

Or, just add a few tablespoons of the redcurrant jelly and the juice of one orange to your stew. Don't add the zest.

Or slow roast the lamb and make this sauce for it
