Lite Bites for kids?

This has probably been done to death but...

DC's have a hot school lunch. Some evenings I do another cooked meal but sometimes something quick, easy and nutritious is called for.

We have eggs/beans/cheese on toast, various filled baguettes, soup & a roll...boring!

Any inspiration anyone?

Sushi? DS has just discovered that he loves this. Though can be a bit £££

Houmous /Tzatiki / falfafel with pitta bread

Jacket potato, or potato wedges with beans

wraps

pizza

cold pasta salad with lots of cucumber, tomato, peppers, olives, peas, sweetcorn mixed in

Quiche

porridge

crumpets with a poached egg and ham on top

and I second sushi. Not expensive if it's hom made.
