Duck breasts

I have two lovely and very large duck breasts in my fridge at the moment. I'll be having one tonight I've rubbed it with herbs and it'll be pan friend medium rare and served with sauteed potatoes and asparagus but what can I do with the other?

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I don't want to make the same meal twice, lovely as it is.

What about an oriental meal like sticky duck and fried rice ??

Thankyou.The sticky duck sounds delicious and I have all of the ingredients that are required. I think I'll make that.

I never had duck breast, how does it taste ? I had magret de canard once and it was lovely, is it similar ??

That's just the French for duck breast.
